I completed my first 6-week group last night. I was lovingly thrown into it by a colleague who knew it was a passion, and we decided to see how it would go. A beta test, if you will.
I had expectations. I had over-thoughts. I had "what-ifs". I had Tums.
I outlined a decent amount of the first three sessions, as there were things I wanted to teach to set the stage. I wound up only "teaching" in the first session, and the rest gloriously bloomed on it's own - real, raw, transformational.
Even in the moments that didn't "fit" my original vision, I knew I was part of something bigger than me, and I was learning. Growing. For next time.
It was exactly as it was supposed to be.
Until next time.
