If you're here, you're looking for something: help, guidance, answers, a better way to something. It took me well into my 40's to fully understand what I now do, which is that we all have our own answers, but sometimes what we need is to know ourselves better.

For the last decade, I've been on a personal growth journey that has led me to look deeply into all of my mirrors, and recognize that the way I think about my world around me is what makes it exactly what it is.
