Believe it or not, most people don't really know this answer. Society in general, as well as how we were raised, and the people we were surrounded by, and the experiences we've had have all had a profound effect on how we live and behave. The outside has influenced the inside, but the good news is your essence is still there. You may have had feelings of "something doesn't feel right" or "I'm not feeling aligned" or "I can't do anything about XYZ". These sessions can help. We will go through some deep discussions and exercises to get you thinking about who you truly are and who you want to be in the world so you can start living powerfully, joyfully and more fulfilled. This package includes the "What's Up With You" assessment.
